WHO IS THE RECEPTIONIST? 

A Receptionist is a professional who oversees a company’s front desk. Typically, they are the client’s first point of contact. Receptionists also carry out a variety of administrative duties. In summary, receptionists need to keep on top of everything going on in an organization, from knowing when crucial meetings will take place to arrange deliveries and setting up travel plans for employees.
